Hello Band Families,

As the Oakmont Band Booster Treasurer, I'm reaching out to you to share our Givebutter Fundraising page. We need to raise $32,000 in order to close the gap and fund our season. It takes all of us working together to reach this goal. 

We ask that Fair Share Donations are made by October 1st, so we know what we can afford this year. 

The Oakmont Band Boosters spends upwards of $1,000 per student for our season.    Transportation, staffing, entry fees, music licensing, instrument repairs, feeding the performers at events, uniform repairs/replacements, and more.   With the Oakmont Field Show in October, we are able to offset part of that amount. We also work hard to leverage funding from the school/district. However, we still rely on families covering the other half.

 We've made it VERY easy this year. You can share out a personal fundraising page via Givebutter to solicit donations from friends and family through social media and/or set up a monthly payment plan. You can also submit your child's Fair Share via cash/check to Mr. Elmore.

Thank you for coming out in heat to see all the wonderful things our band and color guard learned at band camp! Your students worked HARD this week, not only learning new skills, but also making memories and friends that will last a lifetime. We were very excited to see so many new families in the audience and can't wait to continue this musical journey with you. Your support helps us to provide the best experience possible!
