1:30pm - 2:15pm - Travel to Oak Ridge High School
2:15pm - 2:45pm - Unload the Trailer
2:45pm - 4:40pm - Sectionals with Staff
4:40pm - Walk to Gate
4:50pm - Gate
5:00pm - Moribund
5:30pm - 6:20pm Debrief/DINNER/ Load trailers and change into normal clothes (Dinner is provided)
6:20pm - Watch Shows!
8:35pm - University of Nevada, Reno Performance
8:40pm - Awards
approx. 9:15pm - Depart for Oakmont High School
10:00pm - Arrive at Oakmont HS
10:00pm -10:30pm - Unload Trailers
10:30pm - Dismissed

10:30am - Bus will be departing Oakmont High School
11:25am - Arrive at Elk Grove High School
1:40pm - Moribund (Performance)
2:00pm - Eat and Load!
3:00pm - Depart for Oakmont High School
3:55pm - Unload Trailers
4:45pm - Dismissed
I understand that Homecoming is also this day, which is why Oakmont is not staying for the Community Showcase part of the evening. IF YOUR STUDENT IS ATTENDING HOMECOMING, and you are worried they will not be back in time, please consider picking them up from Elk Grove.
For Unloading crew, if you are NOT attending homecoming, I would appreciate it if your student could help unload to allow for those that are going to be dismissed a bit earlier.
